Monty no It's sposed to symetrical.
all the pieces were still there and it only fell to bits wnen
i removed the rings. Like i said no knocks or any indication
of a problembo except a fair amount of blowby out the breather
draught tube.
Anyway just got back from Syd with a new re build kit.
Going to have a coffee and set to work.
The No 5 liner still looks ok a little alloy spatter
will give it a very light hone and see............Mark
