K123 Info Required! was created by Gaz92
Have purchased two K123's to make one good one I hope! Someone out there might give me some info on chassis numbers, (401603 and 401562)
401562 is the one I want to fix and will fit the BC 400 out of 603, but both engines need fixing.
On another topic, I posted a question on RT12515's is also listed below :
Another question for all you Roadranger experts out there, I'm now going to use a RT12515, one problem, the 12515 I'm going to use has a oil pump on the underside PTO opening, just where I want to put my PTO hydraulic pump, can this oil pump be moved to the side PTO opening, any info would be greatly appreciated!

The oil pump was just to run oil through an oil cooler.
If you aren't going to use it to pull a road train, just pull it off and throw it over your shoulder, it only needs the oil cooler for doing real heavy work. The early 12 series didn't have them.

Sorry Gaz .... Somehow I missed this

401562 K123CR is the middle one of 3 built for the Electricity Commission NSW. 290 Cummins HT750DRD auto SQHD on 38,000lbs Hendrickson.

401603 ... K125CR ...335 Cummins RT9513 SSHD on TBB for J Frazer and Allen

No dates on either but mid to late 75 would be real close

You might Laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at you because you're all the same

Surprising how much these chassis numbers have changed : 401562, Still has Formula 290, 915 Roadranger and SSHD on Hendrickson.
401603, Big Cam 350, 12515 Roadranger and also SSHD on Hendrickson. Big Cam 350 is about to become BC / NTC400 after rebuild and will be fitted to 401562 and goes back to work again!

Would anyone out there have a wiring diagram for my 75 / K123? Would greatly help me with rebuilding, also my rebuild on the Big Cam 400 is progressing, it originally was a BC1 but now will be a BC3 with many mods, should start reassembling shortly when parts arrive!
