I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,
Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

DLineinter,
What an amazing job you are doing! Fancy finding the wooden body in that condition. It must date from the 1920's or 1930's. Can you find one for me?
Your work with recycled timber on the cab is amazing. I would not even know where to start on a job like that. I have no cab parts at all, just a scuttle. I have no idea how to go about building a cab but I know mine should have an enclosed cab with full-size doors.
Do you know where I can get a rust-free (or as rust free as possible) cab for a D Line or a C line? or even a whole prime-mover? (for another restoration)
Morris.

Looks Good, Real good there Dline..
Get it to run & leave It alone, I reckon..

Jesus!
"We're restoring this truck - all we started with was this wheel and we went from there"
Way to go taking on such a big task there!

Great work! A mate of mine has just bought a fast four tourer thats been cut down to a buck board pickup, apparently comes with a heap of spares.
He will pick it up this weekend from goulburn way. Any bits you need?
Cheers, scratcha

Thanks for the offer Scratcha, but I think I have enough bits to make it mobile now, but I'll keep it in mind.
I have found there a lot of repro parts for early Dodges available and I have had to resort to replacing decayed diecast parts with new castings that are available from a mob in Queensland.
Thanks
Jim
