Finally got my 52 Dodge through the RWC, on club plates and back from the country this weekend.

Developed a bad miss on the way home and would not get over 35 mph so it was a slow trip, Thanks to Jarrod, Bruce, Cribby and all the other who helped me out.

Nice to take it for a drive Pete, it's the usual thing, something allways goes wrong when you first get them going.

May have noticed my AB lurking in the background.
I went along as support vehicle. Just in case. In the end I think the Dodge is in better condition than the AB! Less oil drips! And the AB throttle started sticking on the way home! Oh well another job to fix!
However I did manage to run off some video of Pete's truck. So for your viewing pleasure and freshly uploaded!
Enjoy!

That road was a bit wet, that's why nobody else was using it .
Found the main problem, it refused to start at all so opened the dizzy and centre contact was missing. put a self tapper in there and running better but time for a new cap and rotor button I think.
Now a question.
Does a dwell meter work corectly on a 6 volt system ?
It is giving a reading of 42 deg, not quite right .

great truck. Great video. Especilly haw it looks like it was filmed from the drivers seat near the end. Hollywood pay big dollars for that effect. ;DLOL.
Really great to see these on the road again.

Hey Jarrod.. was looking at the video.. : :. Great work. . But how come your AB has the vents up on the dash to demist the windows.. None of mine have them. Was they an optional extra, or have they been fitted later on in life?? Just something i needed to Know mate
