Nuther way of remove n cab
bit hard 2 xplain
but u'd need a H.D. bench or farm trailer a bit lower than the top of front bumper bar
n U tilt the cab right over n let the front land on a softly padded area of trailer or bench use n plenty of snuggle rugs from the brides bed etc
Th@ way U can raise n lower cab on the cab tilt hydraulics (May B, Perhaps)
LOL

There's been the odd drover who's found the easiest way is to invert the whole lot next to a well travelled interstate highway.

Then all you have to do is lift the trailer, drive-train and chassis off and there's ya cab!!

What i was thinking of doing with my cab is.,

While the doors are off, make up a contraption out of steel that can be bolted to the floor of the cab. You may be able to pick up some holes to use like where the seats bolt through the floor.Make your frame with required attachments to allow fork slippers to slip through. Clamp, weld or bolt slippers to frame. Lift with forklift carefully, with a couple of sober spotters to make sure things are going smooth. My theory is the center of gravity is low, so lift should be stable. nothing should get crushed or dropped from a great height. The thing to remember is that you only get one go at it. If it falls then its all over, hello china. Take plenty of time to think about it. Half a day building a frame is a good investment if it does the job safely. Also bear in mind that you have to put it back on, so you will want something that works.

Depending on the access and gear available..
The cab could be jacked up and supported across the back, then lift the front, using jacks again..
(same as you do for cab mounts etc)
when sufficient clearance is made, wheel the chassis away.
All jokes aside, there is a reasonable weight in that cab..
Make sure any materials used are of suitable strength.
