Well Ive been sitting on the side reading and looking at what you all do and now its my turn to put my bit in
Just another day at the office slipped a couple of new tyres on an old tip dray this morning
maybe the vehicles i get to work on are a bit older than most of you but it still is a historical one
Well hope you like a look at what i get upto
and now ive broken the ice it may be hrd to get rid of me

Well I'll be buggered, Bendigo eh, where abouts, north, south, east or west.
Old Timor fella here, used to do time over there at Massey Fergusons, many many years ago.
How long you been a resident of the area ?
Now I like to make miniatures of what you work on all day.

Very nice Pete. Look forward to seeing more. Got a lot of respect for old fashioned Smithing!
It may be horse drawn. It might be made mostly of wood. But it is still a Commercial Vehicle! And still has horse power!

Well im glad you liked my pics
Had a look at your mini ones in your album Greenie
Go to ask do you make all the bits or are they a kit you put together
the parts are way to small for this blackduck
one good thing I like about my job is only have to work to the nearist inch or 2 and no 2 bits have to be the same
as for where am I south west
trying to find a pic off a 20 tonne wool wagon we restored about 9 years ago
well here we go I found it

Love heavy horses. Really enjoyed them at Lardner Park recently. Thanks Pete.

Hi Pete, the horse drawn stuff just starts out as a drawing and ALL the bits that are required, are totally hand made, right down to all the nuts and bolts as well.
The only ones that started life as a kit, were the truck models, but they have been altered so much, that they hardly represent what was in the box, I just had to make them as Australian trucks, not american.
So you are out Lockwood way then ?
Now that Table Top, who made that one, Bishops from Sydney, or Bennets from Penrith ?
