Do you know when the Engine Colour Changed from Early Chrysler Blue to Late Chrysler Blue?
I have a Commer with a TS3 which is Chrysler Blue but not sure which one was the correct one for 1970 ish.

Do you know much about production dates for the Commer and does this code VEH 173mean anything to you?

Your assistance would be appreciated.
Please help me. I need Commer Parts
