Chris,
Have you sussed out Jeep from about '64 on, or also Ford F100 up to and including disc brake front end, mid 70's ? Both had pressed steel 16" X 5" rims, but that 2 & 7/8" centre bore has me scratching my memory. Inter Scout's also used a 5 stud pattern and although you have to keep an eye on the offset, any of the above were interchangeable within reason. You didn't say what era your looking for, just may narrow it down a bit. You have disc brake front end? May have to look at something else, but reckon that smaller rim bore would say not.
Just saying......

They're 5 on 4 1/2", Falcon pattern. F100 pattern is quite a bit bigger.

Probably of no use to you but I just measured my 1946 Dodge ute and the wheels measure up and look the same shape except the Dodge has little tin tags riveted to the centre to hold hub caps. Maybe they were a standard design - Budd?

well thats a start there was a mob in Melbourne I have used a few times when I was a young hoon called Ajax wheels and if you take a center in they can usually find the rim with a real deep step in it to match the tyre you wanna put on and I dont reckon they were real dear either I would just tell them what back spacing I wanted and and I used to provide the whole wheel for them to get the center out of and away they went
