Welcome. Looks like you've got yourself a good project. There are several truck clubs in NSW and a few forum mebers up your way so you should be able to find someone to share your joy and frustration with. Hi
Going to lower it,new motor,nice wheels ,new interior(seat has some holes) keep original paint for the time being .I will sell all parts not needed running gear,wheels and rims, motor,gear box ,ect ,will try to find out original paint colour to later on down the track paint it that .

Mate, you won't get a hot rod on historic rego as the rules are quite clear on no modifications, best to join a hot rod club where you can also avoid those who would be very critical of messing up a very original item with some history behind it.
