your message is working in that You can see it, I and Hayseed can see it because we have moderator level access and I suspect Prodrive will be able to see it. Everyone else should be just seeing this message contains secure information.

We aren't quite in the geological position that Hayseed suggests. With your permission we can forward your contact details to Prodrive without violating any privacy issues and then it is up to him as to whether he replies to you.
