After enlarging the pic
looks like taken outside a International Truck place with something Farm written above Inter sign
n I can barely make out the words Bussells on the side of the building on the cnr store

The hoarding on top of the building, above the "International" painted on the brickwork, says "International Motor Trucks", but I can't read what it says right on the smaller, top part, of the hoarding.
The word on the building in the background is "Bushells" (tea).

Generally, the style of telephone poles and power poles will give you clues as to location, because every state has their own design of poles, that is generally exclusive to that state.
