Looks like one of Terry Lowe's trucks. The same seller also has a 1922 Thornycroft for sale cgi.ebay.com.au/Thornycroft-Truck-1922-s...QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

The R190 has also appeared in Just Trucks in recent times

The R190 is interesting. I wonder if the running gear is original? - and if it has been an oilfield truck? - or if someone has done a 4 x 4 conversion on it??

I recall that most familiar dash, and that most familiar, fuel-sucking RD-406 .. :D
I used to haul a Cat D6 on her back, dragging an old WW2 Rogers low-loader that had been cut-down .. and she got 1 mpg loaded .. and 2 mpg empty .. :'(
But, of course .. petrol was only about 35c a GALLON, too (4.5 litres) .. ;D
The little bloke standing on the seat and hanging onto the steering wheel (he could barely walk 8-) .. ) is my middle nephew.
He's 41 in a couple of months, and I probably need to send him this pic for his birthday .. ;)

I'm no expert for sure, but I believe the inter 4X4s had the central front diff pumpkin, whereas that one is offset to the driver's side.
I'd suggest it's a conversion using a European donor vehicle.

Be it firearms or V8 engines, the question is not "why should you have them?"
, but "who are you to demand that I justify them?"

Well spotted Eddy, but I think there were factory 4x4 and 6x6 versions of the 190.

Hi guys,

There is the remains of a Inter 190 4x4 over here with the pumkin offset the same as the one here Terry Lowe has for sale. Back diff is offset to the right also.
Completely different setup to the AB...C series 4x4s
Front hubs are really big ugly looking things.
The one here had 160 cummins donk and a rockwell drop box.
There is a 190 6x6 drill rig with the same front diff still being used south of Perth.
