Bucs neighbour arrived home this morning.
Chocs for a cup coffee, then onto a motel at werribee, from Casterton yesterday.A long day 2AM start from Bairnsdale to Casterton(8 hours in the presidential limo),negotiations till 2PM then return to Werribee via Chocs.
This AM onto Bairnsdale, with a trouble free run in an unknown truck. It ran like a dream.
A very fast jigger,3.7s with aRTO910 gearbag.
1418 motor with a bloody big hair dryer pumping into the manifold.Cruise at 100Ks at 1650 easy.
One very happy little duck.

And another "well done Steve" on buying the truck, and your step up to the plate for the ATHS.
I saw that Merc ad and thought it looked real good, especially with the sleeper and general appearance.
I'm looking forward to seeing it sometime, probably over in Vic at a show sometime/somewhere. Cheers
PS Chocs, your place is looking more and more like a used truck repair place, so maybe it should have a name change from "Interland" to "Truck Land"

Saloon car...You know Paris is not always faithful.
Anyway the back half is all good old USofA.
'tis only the front half has a mixed marriage as I don't know who made the fan, what blows across the head.
Thought you would like the close match of the colour scheme.
Mine is red yours is pink....
