How did I miss this one.
Business is about people, if you don't look after the people then there will no longer be a business.
While there are far too many out there refusing to accept that they do form part of the COR Clients, Suppliers, may I suggest......
Yes opportunists take advantage of people and there is very little we can do about it, please let me know if you have an answer to the opportunists, incidentally we don't need an answer.
Our Company would have complied with the Minimum Sub contractor payment More than complies with adequate rest. While we seem too have very little difficulty in finding people to work for our Company, then shortage is simply about providing a SAFE working environment, then there is no shortage.
