Pete, could it have been a 2nd hand import (UK Diesels imported heaps of used pommy trucks in the late 60's) as the export cabs were 4 piece screen. They all came out the mould that way and home market ones had the outside dividing bits cut out so the wrap round screens would go in.

I am with Swishy on this one, in this early model I have photos of both above and below and then in the next model there seems to be an option as well but the last model all were under the windscreen, I wonder if it is because one lot are electric and the other vacuum/air operated???

I also wonder if the over the top ones are individual motors and the underneath standard single motor and pitman arm.... not that any of it makes any difference, but EMNTK.... :silly:

thanks to the photographers/posters....

Swishy the truck with one up and one down needs to go on the Dr Phil show so it can get itself sorted :silly: :silly:

I wonder if maybe the type of motor was a factor or maybe some was electric and others air misstated either way the one that is unsure is really unsure some great photos there and no matter which way the wipers hang I bet they all work better than a spud cut in half and rubbed on the window
