Doors off old inter resto help was created by wombat 46
Hi all,
can anyone ofer some advise on who would tackle some old AL110 ute doors
the doors have been out in the weather all their life and need an internal make over, there is no rust or panel work, just the internal mechs and rubbers etc
the rubbers are shot and the mechaisms are not working the glass channel is rotted etc
they also have quarter windows that need repair and make good.
Anyone on the east coast from melb to coffs that could get them repaired internally
cheers
Jim

keep an eye on ebay (and facebook if you are on it). Years ago I picked up a pair of doors for less than the price of a piece of glass but I used them in my resto then threw the rotted out skins and frames away
Also try Stephen at J Corstorphan Pty Ltd in trade place lilydale. They have all sorts of stuff tucked away. He hasn't logged on to the forum for a while so don't bother with a PM as he won't see it. He went under Podge on the forum
