Use Google, a few should come up, you can see if any of them are suitable. Maybe not Adelaide though

Vacuum or pressure? Each one is a different side of zero?

Try Baccara Australia, thats where I bought the last one for my Dodge, or RS components.

I seem to remember taking some sort of what i thought was a vacuum switch off of the manifold on my forklift when i removed the LPG setup and converted it back to petrol.
Would an LPG setup use a vacuum switch anywhere? Maybe to activate a solenoid to switch the gas on when there is vacuum? Don't know how that would go as far as coming on/off at the right time for a warning light though, and might be normally open when i imagine you would want normally closed. Might be worth asking an automotive LPG or forklift specialist?

Otherwise you might have to raid a parts truck somewhere for a secondhand switch.

Had a quick Google, appears a lot of the ones in there are showing as out of stock.
Another option would be one of these

You can set the alarm point.

I would imagine that just about every car on the road would have one. Have you tried somewhere like Ashdown or JAS?
