I missed Crawlin again.  I am frantically trying to get three vehicles ready for a big rally in a couple of weeks time.

Maybe the pictures of the Volvol (as a bloke I used to know called them, his mother had a Volvo car) would have been different if the Volvo was empty and the Model T was loaded with it's ton of apples.
Just asking.

I reckon he's say'n to himself,   "how'da ya like them apples."

and, he's got his foot to the floor.

 

If you had your foot to the floor in a Model T, you would be in either low gear or reverse, depending on which pedal you had it on, but we do know what you mean.
Model T's had a hand throttle.

Can we be sure the photos weren't posted in reverse order?

The T may actually be rolling back down the hill whilst the sensible Volvo driver is staying in his lane to help the hapless Ford driver?

It actually happened in front of the crowd taking photos on Pretty Sally. The b-double driver wasn't too impressed until he realised there were a couple of hundred old trucks around so his schedule was no longer viable. He then relaxed and enjoyed the view (according to those with CB radios on the run)
