That driver was pretty quick on his feet , are you sure the speed was not increased a bit . The way that one track talks , i was expecting to see a walking stick .

Well done for picking that up, IanOz. We actually put a grey wig on Swishy's grandson and got him to do the jumping in and out of the cab for the video. We had to do that, otherwise the camera would have run out of memory before Swishy got his Zimmer frame going.

I'd still like to know why that camera was set up so far away from the outfit, that I needed to view the video through my binoculars, just to see what was going on .. and whether that really was, Swishy or not.
I'm inclined to believe Vic's story .. that ain't old Swishy the Has-Been .. it's his stunt double ..

In 1972 we took delivery of a new Kenworth K121cr single drive primover
It iz powerd by 238HP screemin V6-71 Detroit 2 stroke diesel (Nowa days U need 650 HP for a tray truck)
it came fitted with Jake brake, Air Start, HD front bumper with front tow hook n 110" Wheel base
It twaz the 360th truck to roll out of Kenworth Bayswater
many ask why a small truck for Heavy Haulage work
B 4 tilt trays etc we were quite often requested to cart small machines up country like C@ D4 or TD9 etc of small weight n we did not need to run our biggr equipment
we also have a x10dable sem eye: so shorter the truck the longer the load B4 escorts n permits etc n made for good maneuverability

New in 72'
