Acco 3070 Eagle

Just wondering what the difference(s) is / are between Inter Acco 3070's, and the 3070 Eagles?

Also, does anyone remember the 'Eagle' that was on the cover of 'Rigs & Roads' paper @ 1980 / 1981. Brown with orange stripes, chrome guards, polished 'everything', and I think it had a full sleeper style cab (similar to the later T-Line cabs)
