Ah bit of a guess. Bit not!
At first considered Albion, leyland and Crossley due to radiator style and design. But decided not a major player as name doesn't appear to be cast into radiator. Then noticed the unusual axle hubs! After a bit of investigation using google. found a match in an old Karrier truck!

Notice the similarity to the axles!
