Vintage Power Wagons have much of what you want.

You can get the card for the firewall and just use the old one as a pattern. A huge upgrade is to put dynamat or similar on the firewall before placing the card/ Likewise even a rubber mat on the floor (I always insulate as well) helps with noise and heat. Stick insulation like pink bats in the roof before putting on the hood lining.

Pretty much as Lang has mentioned
Most of the parts your chasing should be pretty easy to get via Google if your local parts supplier cant help

Doors appear to be quite good as is, perhaps some oil on hinges and rust repair will make life so much easier?

Changing doors can be full of extra problems which are not evident until you commit yourself to doing it. Personally I would do what I could with what you have, without removing them. ;)

I bought a roll of rubberised insulation stuff with alluminium one side. Self adhesive. Did tge whole underside of Lorry our Hino truck. Reduced engine noise a lot n gave cooler floor. If possible do your firewall on the insideso under bonnet looks original. You can cut it to shapes n butt join the sections. I glued layflat carpet to tge roof as original lining fell out.

More cleaning, lubricating and rubbing the body in baking soda and washing with water to get rid of rust and scum. Good news, the hand brake works now too.

Halfa,
You are making good progress.
keep it up!

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,

Now I find I can't do any work in this position!
