MSTEC Rally 2008

Well it is almost here again. The greatest Steam Rally in Melbourne (very safe the only steam rally in Melbourne ) is coming up again on the 8th, 9th and 10th of March 2008. Gates open to public from 9am to 5pm at 1200 Ferntree Gully Rd Scoresby.

As per previous years would love to see some vintage commercial's putting in an appearance. I certainly know that the Chairman of the Rally committee would appreciate he Vintage Commercials (ME!).

At this stage I am planning to be there on the Sunday. My 1st preference is my Inter with my new toy on the back.

You know my collection. If the above can't happen do you have any preference?

Seriously be great to see your inter at MSTEC. Hopefully a few other old trucks turn up over the weekend!

At this stage my inter may not be there. :'( Need to repair a flexible brake line and with work and the rally there just isn't enough time in the day!

Also Tomorrow (friday 7th of March) the scienceworks steam truck is running accross town to the rally. Have contacted many news desks etc so hopefully will get some coverage!

Early indicators are suggesting our biggest event yet! Will give you all a report next week!
