Q: Why do U go to truck Shows

I go to truck shows with my vehicle:

<1> Hoping to win a trophy for the presentation of my vehicle
<2> To view other vehicles similar to mine
<3> To meet friends with same interests
<4> To view lots of old vehicles
<5> To ask how to do this n th@ to my vehicle to make it the way I want
<6> To catch up on the old vehicle world
<7> to buy parts or books for my vehicle
<8> Recognition of my achievement
<9> To catch up with club members

(Vehicle Meaning: Motor Bike,Car,Van, Ute, pikup, truck etc)

For me it is so gratifying for people to come up and say "this is what my dad drove" or "my uncle used to drive these"
They can now see, touch and sit in something that gives them a lot more understanding of what their relo's did. This is priceless!

Secondary, to see the young highway heros look inside to confirm that in fact it does have two sticks.

4 and 6 are my main reasons! Another reason I go to them is to get a feel for the trucks that opened up Australia!
