WTB. Inter K1 Chassis. Expert needed! was created by th Interman
Wanted to buy: International K1 thru to K3 Chassis.
or, AL / AR if K series cabin will fit?
I need a chassis for a K project. Does any one know if the later AL & AR chassis' are compatible to fit the K Cabin? Some one said only the mounting points on the AL & AR for the cab are different. I can modify those but the chassis itself needs to be the same as a K series. Help much appreciated!

G'day th Interman
I have a K1 with a bent chassis and thought I would use an AL 110 chassis. The problem is the D models and K models in the ute bodies have chassis that are about 9" wider than the AL and AR 110s. I have a basket case (parts) AL 110 I thought I might be able to rat the chassis out of.
The D2 chassis is the same width as the K1 but they are about as hard to find. I am looking for a chassis for the K1 but think I might have more luck straightening the one I have got even though its badly bent.
Good luck with your search.
Robert

chassis rails can be repaired by the right person and cost effective depends where you are in the country or old school panel beaters or welders the wrong heat will burn the carbon out of the metal causing a weak spot and failure cheers don
