I'm not sure that this has been on here before
But someone will tell use all about it
Why two stearing wheels?

Easy Peasy Rusty, the drivers seat roatates 180 degrees around the steering colomn to make it easy to reverse. One of our club members has one with out the cab.

In the UK this style of dumper (more often smaller) are used on building sites and the driver sits facing towards the tipper so he can see where he is putting the load. ie it is operated like a forklift for stuff that falls through forks. This one is getting a bit too big for that so by putting the cab on they have settled to operate it as a conventional dump truck.

Mammoth, it looks like it's been made so the cab rotates with the seat and pedals.

Big Cam

I seem to remember that the cab - including the seat, foot plates and pedals actually rotated (as a unit) around the fixed steering column.
