1950's Herald Sun photography Dodge Truck

We are still trying to hunt down a pic on our 1952 Dodge Truck. We have found out that it was definantly used by the Herald Weekly Times to go to major news and sporting events, they would take photographs and print them in the truck and then park the truck near a telephone line and send the photographs via telegram back to the Herald so they could be put in the paper ASAP. The Herald have not even found a pic of yet..... Does anyone know about this truck

Have been looking around on the net but no luck, it seems ironic that there is no photos of a photographers truck.

Have you checked out your State and National Library archives online?
Not all information/pictures are online, but your state library would have an article/photo of the truck bookmarked somewhere in the archives. You would be amazed with every thing mundane over the years that has been documented.
