Well........
Got a bit premature in buying the new Lorry.
Nearly signed up for the one in the first piccys firstly on price( cause i'm a cheapskate) only hours away from singing on the bottom line, the one i wanted in the first place, it was one of those on again off again deals, came up. 2005 model with just rolled over 400,000 last week, plus the trailer. Done deal today..........

Old Dog, I know plenty of companies that run those Mack Visions and they are a good thing, and at least they aren't psuedo Volvo powered like the new ones :'(

Good luck with it, I'll miss seeing the modernised 'improved' Flintstone around :)

Paul sadly not. The farmers have all bought new air seeders and headers ect, so they were all still sitting on the fence. Everybody is taking bets as to how long it will last so...........thats life. It wouldhave been on the scapheap a long time ago, but i played around with it a bit. It was ultra relable, Yes it did have some massive failures along the way but i was willing to fix it, parts were cheap and it payed for a hell of a lot of stuff along the way. It was never a toy and worked hard every day with the new stuff, Was i sad to see it go?. Just a bit.. Not a lot.......... :-[
