Calling all women tractor drivers

OK Guys, move over.
Here is something they do in the UK;

We (guys) would be the pit-crew only. This would be a women's day.
Just wondering how many women would be interested in a similar event here (probably near the Sydney area). It would be an event raising money and awareness for rural based charities.
Guys, please ask your better halves for their thoughts.
This is totally in "expression of interest" phase at this time. Rod.

Hey Rod, what a beauty, some of those ladies really opened the throttle. Thought the Chamberlain might have caught the one in front of her rather quickly, but she managed to back it off fast. Bet there were a few tense moments for the tractor owners. cya Tim ;D ;D

Hi John. We had 9 lady drivers. Considering that most of them had not driven a tractor a lot previously, they did a marvellous job. Some of the guys were a bit "old school" about this event, but even they were transformed after seeing what this did for the ladies confidence.
We deliberately kept it reasonably low key for the first of.
The one thing we stress was that it was NOT a competition and it was NOT a race.
I told them in the briefing that I had TWO aims.
First, a SAFE event (they were briefed on safety) and secondly a FUN event. We achieved both of these and all were asking when the next one would be. Considering the bitter cold wind, a very good day was enjoyed by all.
We raised approx $2,500 for the children's ward at the Bowral Hospital.
More on our website. Thanks. Rod.
