Because of limitations on free accounts, the oldest drop off as new ones are posted, so perhaps start chasing from the bottom up.

The way to stop photos dropping out on flickr is to have your own group to add them to and they all stay in it and if you want you can make it a private group with only those you nominate having access.

Flickr free accounts only allow the last 200 photo's. The old ones drop off. Maybe as Elgindale indicates having a group might solve it. As I believe the older photo's do still exist.

The real solution is for the owner of the account to change to a paid account. Then the 200 max restriction no longer applies.

I put my pics up on TinyPic. No limit, its all free, and you can make albums as well, so you can find them. I think I've got over 1000 pics on there now, and they all stay there.
I use Tiny Pic to host my eBay pics for anything I sell, it saves paying out on the FleaBay picture hosting ripoff.
When you post a pic, you get the link to copy and insert into your post.
Just add [ IMG ] at the front, and [ / IMG ] at the end of the pasted TinyPic link, and it shows up on the forum page every time, and for as long as TinyPic is still in business.
If you want to make albums, you have to sign up and log in and out every time you access your albums.

I just paid my flickr account (look for bparo2003) and it was around $48 for 2 years, I scan documents and store them there as not visible to anyone - cheap offsite backup

Having lived through a pandemic I now understand all the painting of fat people on couches!

I have named my group elgindale and have over 800 photos in it and it costs nothing but gives me full access to all my pictures when i want to put them on this forum or into different groups or sets I have it as a private group so only I can see them but most are public in other groups so save your money.

Robert, tell me about your 1930 Chevrolet. Was it a roadster or a tourer originally, before it got the ute treatment? That's a rare car, regardless. 8-)
