the uni on the RHS looks the same style as our Clark 743 Bobcats.
The one on the left, i have made up similar out of the Clark style one..
Any good bearing shop will be able to get them..
try CBC Bearings for a start...
I would try also www.bareco.com.au they are very good for the tractor gadgets.
good luck

What is not so common is the mix of 2 machined and bolted caps, and 2 round caps retained by circlips.
If you can find a bearing crowd who need a P/N reference, the Chamberlain P/N is 32603. This is called a "repair kit" in the Chamberlain book.
The reason it's called a "repair kit" is because the "kit" comprises the following parts ..
1. The uni-joint (no P/N, as it was not serviced separately by Chamberlain) ..
2. 8 x cork seals (P/N 32611) ..
3. 4 x snap rings (P/N 32610) ..
4. 1 x grease nipple (P/N 4417) ..
5. 1 x yoke (P/N 32600 - the splined part) ..
6. 4 x bolt (P/N 32613) ..
7. 4 x washer (P/N 37825) ..
This whole "assembly" kit is probably no longer available, but the uni-joint on its own, should be no problem.

Trev, your local bearing shop must be pretty useless, then. That's a common setup, with the machined and bolted caps.

I had to replace the uni's on my old chamberlain Bachoe a year or so back.
After much chasing around, i found them aviliable at a truckline store on the central coast where i live . They said they were a common Spicer unit, no problems getting them, which they weren't.
Hope this helps.
Cheers
