good luck with the dodge, there a several of them in the employ of the my department when I started in 1974, and still being used 10 years later. Dont know that I would fancy one in its very spartan original state now, you could add a heater and radio.

Geez, whoever put that rear bumper/towbar on, must have been building Mack truck bullbars or maybe even Cat dozer treecabs .. with that amount of metal in the construction!
Is that thing designed to carry a motorbike, too?? I think I can see a piece of channel/angle iron that looks like it holds a bike.
One things for sure, if some dopey bastard ran up yer arse in traffic .. he'd be the one who'd get written off .. you could just drive off, after that thing had taken a hit that would crumple a Fraud or Commonwhore ..
