Installing RTO 915 into Volvo F7

Tony, what a saga you have had, you've done well to stick to it. It's nice to know that forum members are ready to help others in this situation.
Can you remember what gears overlap in your transmission.

15 speeds only have 12 progressive forward gears
deep 1st to 5th (5)
low 4th to 5th (2)
high 6th to 10th (5)

You can overlap from deep 2nd to deep fifth, as you need to go down a gear when you shift from deep into low range.
Usually leave it until deep 5th to select low range, and go back into 4th low, as there is more road speed and more chances to grab another one, should you have a bit of a moment..
