Hi All and especially Cro.

Spending a couple of days on the truck again........lots of other commitments. I am retired and supposed to have plenty of time but seldom do. I cant believe I once had time to go to work.

No physical damage to me with the Starter Motor incident (except the hip pocket nerve damage). Both the starters out of my 2 trucks are being repaired / overhauled as we speak.

One of the reasons I started to restore a truck was that Ineeded to get one of my Tractors over to my brother in laws place from time to time. That is why I chose a 3 ton approx truck. I will have to put this one on full rego to carry the tractor but am now thinking I will finish this one and then get a heavier truck .......will have to be a Dodge as by the I should know them backwards by then ..........and put it on club Rego which will be a lot cheaper and still be able to get the Tractor on ..............for "road testing purposes of course"
There was a Crane Dodge truck that would fit the bill on the forum a few months back. So here's the plan........I will take the bits I need off my donor truck (EX Cro) and then get the heavier Truck and make 1 out of the 2.

Cheers
Darryl

A couple of more photos

Might be a couple of weeks before I get back to it...........Brake wheel cylinders and wheel bearings next.

The paint is straight out of the gun.......no cutting or polishing.
