For any of you with RA series inter diffs in your R190 / R200's that are abit slow most will accept Eaton centers with good ratios available. Ford Cargo's with Eaton No 4 diffs have 4.88 - 1 in high ratio available. Cargos have fine spline axles so the spider gears need to be changed over to accept the inter axles. R200 diff centers will interchange with Eaton No 5.
Makes a big difference on a long trip with fuel consumption and road speed.
Im running a 4.88 eaton center in a RA-145 inter diff.
Things get a little complicated on the wheel ends as the axle lengths between and eaton housing and inter housing are different hence having to change spider gears over.
