Don't know about 1933 but certainly an unusual unit. Looking at photos it seems they only introduced that round nose in 1939. Cab probably local contract for PMG.

Here is a single cab version in the Opal Fields

Until I enlarged the last picture, I thought that was Claude Jeremiah Greengrass standing in the background, alas, t'was merely a bucket on a post.

There’s a similar one returning to nature at Yerranderie, ex PMG.

According to the book "Morris Commercial Vehicles" by the late Harr y Edwards, historian and editor for the Morris Register of Great Britain, the first use of that 'rounded nose" as lang called it, was on the CV Equiload models first released (in England) in 1937.

The one shown is too far gone for me to restore.

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,

Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

Looks like the depession lunch of bread and dripping was not on the menu in the NRMA lunch room. Not too many greyhounds in that photo.

Great to see you are giving your mind a break to think about your favourite sleeper/ dual cab subject.
