Sstuart, dumb question I know, but is the changer you want actually 45 degree or perhaps a bit closer to 30 degree??? Did ya get an expert to measure it
Bobs got one but I think not quite as high angle as 45 degree.... let me now if you need to know more

G'day Sarge,
Guilty as charged, I didn't measure it. It could be closer to 30

I've seen them cut those things in the middle, then turn them to whatever angle you like, then weld them up.

Sorry off topic.
Stu in your first photo it shows a couple of tanks behind the gearbox. My Acco had brackets on the inside of the frame that appear similar to the brackets on the right.
The question is do you know what those brackets / tanks are for?

G'day Bigcam,
I thought about cutting it and welding it, but I figured there must be a few out there before I got that keen.
G'day Jarrod,
I 'borrowed' that photo off the interenet, it's not on my truck. I would have thought the brackets were for the air tanks? I'll see if my workshop manual gives any clues. My truck has the air tanks in a similar spot (a bit futher back) but the brackets are made by Norling not IH.
