Could be wrong but it looks familiar, maybe towing a mobile home trailer, sure it was on here at some stage but can't find the post.

Think you nailed it.
Can't be too many SAR's with square headlights and half a bull bar, even got the two different spotties in the same place, unless there is a twin floating around, then it must be the same jigger.
Looks like whoever bought it has a added a bit more bling, got shiny bits on the front wheels and the air horns have covers now.
Even got the GM sticker in the EXACT same place, bottom centre of dash, just left of the heater controls.
