Small Block 360 V8 wanted to overhaul

if the dizzy is at the back its a small block ..what size D5N is it in ?

turn the motor on ists left hand side it will on the block it will say 360
as far as i know no dodge trucks were ever fitted with a 360 from the factory only 318 truck motors if u do fit a 360 make sure you get the flywheel balanced or it will shake itself to bits
360 in the cars were balanced in the transmission so the engine rebuilders tell me 318 360 big ends the same but 360 has bigger mains and 360 pistons much bigger the 318 truck engine has a water cross over from the water pump to just below the carbie it is a water cooled inlet manifold and some 318 heads have it stamped into them on the face 318 truck heads

maybe a truck 318-3 might be the best option they were tuffened up for truck use and seem to last forever
