Hi Swishy ,Mate i know you wouldn't be looking on ebay for bedfords ,but the is a "special"J5 bedford on there at the moment,with a 3 pot jimmy in it with an auto behind it .Giving a top speed of 78KPH,That would get deadly flying and be able to pass them pesky mobility scotters that would give the grey ghost problems in passing without a good down hill run and a tail wind. ;D ian.

Hhmm, me thinks the 'clown' who is selling it, does not even know what it is. Some fool who has done it up, has added bits that just should not be on it.

The correct name for that vehicle is a 'Farmers Bow Waggon', it should not have the side raves ( hungry boards ) added to it.

It should have the pole fitted, not the light weight shafts, as this type of vehicle was used for heavy loads.

Just a bit of useless trivia for you Swishy.

Thanks for that Greenie the way you have said that is my Bedford down a tee HEAVY HAULAGE ;D I know swishy is just looking for work for the truck so I can contact the buyer as they will need to get home quick. Dave ;D :D
