The wheel is tight and there is air in the tyre. :blink: Just needs a full hub cap to keep the sticky noses away ;)
I'd rather have tools that I don't need, than not have the tools I do need.

Seen an old 1316 Mercedes bus when it was coming up to the bowser could hear the l/h steer wheel full hub cap talking, - Saying -tighten me loose nuts, tighten me loose nuts. -- It was right

Interesting problem shown in that picture - broken studs - loose nuts yes, but the wheel is still aligned on the hub and the stud holes have just been elongated by the torque of the axle braking or accelerating.
