Swishy, did you get the " we can't give you that info due to privacy act" ? I've got an old trailer here, have proof of purchase, last rego number and wanted to know the last registered tare and gross to advertise it, no help from vic roads what so ever. Just told me to register it at the weight l wanted.

I did not want any details regarding the last owner, l think most of Melbourne know emolium.
