then after U do the kingpin grease n bit

did the greasing of the king pins today after lifting the front wheels in the air and it definately made a fair bit of difference, before you really couldnt turn em standing still. i dont think they had seen a grease gun for a while and the spring bush grease nipples are seized solid. also when trying to grease the top of the kingpins the grease just come out of the cap on the top so its not getting down to where its needed, maybe i will just keep trying to work it in ?

700, try and get CRC/kero/diesel in a grease gun and squirt it in, even if it you can't get it in a grease gun, get as much of the old grease out then squirt it down the hole with the nipple out,then grease it again to try and force it through.Take the grease nipple out first and stick a bit of wire up it to get as much of the old crap out first. The CRC/kero/diesel might melt the rock hard combo of dirt/rust/wear/old grease.
