40/50's Cab Over.. options?

Oops; my mistake. They are actually called an ASC Series as they were not released in Australia until after the AS series were introduced. The style is more AR than AS series to me though.
I found this photo on flickr.com It was taken in March this year and appears to be for sale. I actually think I have seen this one or one like it somewhere but I am not sure where

Hey Dunc, Which region is home? I don't want you to give a street address but a town/region or some indication may help someone who hears of something suitable work out whether it is close or not!

Murray Langford in Mt Gambier will know a few things around, Dunc, as will Dave Kent in Port Pirie. I'll email you Murray's addy but haven't spoken to Dave for a while so will touch base with him first. Also, Gus Munro will have a good network but not sure where he is in SA.

Thanks Andy! I've also heard that advertising in the Stock Journal or similar can yield good results in the search for old trucks.. I'll try that in a few months if nothing pops up in the meantime.

Still use Hi Ho Silver daily as our yard crane
jist hit the key n away we go
the other old beast justs needs sum air in one front tyre
tiz a Mack 4x4 Perkins power with the ASC cab
Btween the 2 of them ol girls we put up more than 50% of my new shed
reason I coudn't do the rest cos of reach
shed roof tiz 10m hi @ front
