Swishy,

That container on the Iveco was a result of a hydraulic failure on the lift rams on the reachstacker,if you look closly at the photo you can see the head unit of the stacker still attached to the box.

No death or serious injury Swishy, just a bruised driver. He was 140kg at the time, I guess he bounced. 3 months later he tried to roll start a truck, no air, jump start, build up air, truck rolls away, pins me between truck & ute. Needless to say, EX employee.

swishy that pic in reply #9 is not the container carrier breaking off. It is the boom on the telescopic forklift simply bending for reasons unknown.
the reason i no this is that in the "what will i tell the boss" section in the lastest truckin'life showing multiple pics of this mess the truck was simply parked in the yard so says truckin'life anyway
