it looks like they got the suspension pumped right up n where the suspension to react to terrain other than down to lower

Pic #2 shows the rear view
there B 2 lots of stub axles with a 2 tyres on each end of axles
the beam th@ supports the load n transferes weight to the axle also pivots
so the stability of the load is carried to the centres of the the suspension beams n makes for a not
very wide footprint n a slight lean = all over red rover
