Remember pumping the handle when I was a kid & there were still a few around in early 70's in bush. We were still using them in some of our country depots (PMG) until late 70's. Some dubious sellers used to put a small object (often made of glass for obvious reasons) in the bowl and as it displaced the petrol you got a little bit less each fill up possibly only a 1/2 pint per 5 gallons but over a year that would add up to a bt of drinking silver back then.

Definately not a Mack. No Chain drive that I can see and the cab and hood are different.
