Yes tiz a
Autocar

Autocar founder Louis Semple Clarke (1867–1957) was a successful mechanical engineer. Among Clarke's innovations were the spark plug for gasoline engines, a perfected drive shaft system for automobiles, and the first design of a useful oil circulation system. Clarke's insistence of placing the driver on the left hand side of the vehicle led to that standardization throughout most of the automotive industry worldwide, and consequently we drive on the right side of the road. dubious – discuss] The patented porcelain-insulated spark plug process was sold to Champion and remains the industry standard

Purely by coincidence while reading my car club journal I saw mention of a club member struggling (with age, his - not the car) to remove a deflating tyre.
In particular he mentioned removing the SEVEN wheel nuts . . .

. . . this is not HIS 1929 Graham Paige wheel but one from a 1928 model that I found simply to show everyone that they do exist and that somehow they figured out the stud spacing!? B)

Interesting, 7 doesn't go into 360 evenly. Yet a seven cylinder radial engine is quite common??

No point removing the seven nuts on the Graham Paige wood spoked wheel. They are there to hold the spokes in place and to hold the inner mounting flangy thing that holds the wheel to the hub.

To remove the WHEEL, unscrew the hubcap, remove the splitpin and undo the nut from the stub axle.

To remove the TUBE while on the rim, deflate the tube, remove the locking ring, remove one bead of the tyre and pull the tube out.

Never worked on Graham Paige but done it on 1920's Chevs.

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,

Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

There's lots of interesting info about radials here.
