903 Cummins performance - In the Day

Hi Newto, thanks for that information. According to the information from Cummins, my original engine had a fuel pump part # of BM72761 and calibration of 2939.

Is there really any noticeable difference with the Kenworth 320 hp setting or was it really just bragging rights over the international and ford?

Thanks
Paul

3074's just had 44,000 lb Diffs.
All 3070's from the factory were naturals.

and BC isn't that a pity?
International finally stepped up to the plate and specc'd the 3070 with decent diffs that could of handled a VT-350 easily

Worked on plenty of Louey's Newto, in fact I'm working on one now, you are right, though I think the same applies to White 9000's and SAR's, engine access is never as good as a cab over. Though Ford did do something about it- the LTL.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationAccording to ,
The ACCO's did have the 320 engine in them. I have a screen shot but I can't get flicker to load at the minute.

Also, the 903 is still in production for the defense market, at 800hp with twin turbos and STC.

(That'd be fun in a birdscarer!)

EDIT: I think 3070A's may have had the natural motor in them

Are we talking gross or net here? From memory IH advertised 320hp for the ACCO 3070 but it was gross hp.
