Thinking that I may have come across that photo of the Marmon-Herrington in RAF livery somewhere before, long ago.
Don't know just why, but something about it being set up as a mobile dentistry unit, doing the rounds of the many scattered airfields of the U.K.
Of course, could be entirely wrong and it's actually a travelling office block.

MH THD-315-6 with articulated omnibus trailer , MH THD The Marmon-Herrington THD-315-6 with articulated omnibus trailer, used by the RAF for the 1,300-mile duty transport run between Habbaniyah, Iraq, and Damascus, Syria. In 1932, two "Desert Pullman" bus conversions of the THD-315-6, originally an oilfield pipe carrier, were bought by the Nairn Transport Co. to run between Baghdad and Damascus.
